My turnaround time for heads is 2-3 months after materials arrive. partials will take me 3-4 months after materials arrive (these times can depend on design and sizing). if that timeline happens to be extended you will be notified, if extended more than once you will receive a partial refund of 10-15% depending on added time.i am based in Texas, US. i offer global shipping, but keep in mind if you are in an area far from the US shipping cost will be more expensive.if interested in commissioning i will save your “slot” for up to a month before forfeiting your place and accepting a different commissioner, if asked to extend this timeline due to unfavorable circumstances i will comply as long as it is not longer than 3 months total.i do accept payment plans, but please keep in mind if this choice is made then your plan has to be fully paid before shipping your commissioned item(s). A down payment of all material cost must be made at the start of your payment plan before ordering needed materials or beginning any work. (if a payment plan is through an invoice created on paypal a 15% fee will be added to your total due to paypal taxing invoices, this is nonnegotiable.)payment types i accept currently will be; paypal, Venmo, and cash app. other payment types will not be accepted, if its not listed its not accepted, sorry!While i do offer refunds for late projected turnaround times i do not offer refunds for material cost. if you cancel your commission after completing the full payment you can get a partial refund of cost excluding work i’ve already completed as well as material cost. this is nonnegotiable as it comes out of my pockets if fully refunded!if your suit is to arrived damaged, flawed, or not as intended you have a 30 day period to inform me of these damages. if not informed within 30 days the grace period is over and i will not offer any compensation for the said issue. if informed within 30 days of commission you may ship the item back and i will fix the flaws, damages or mistakes in design free of charge (excluding shipping), if you decide you do not like this option, depending on damage, flaw, or design mishap i will offer a partial refund excluding material cost.nonnegotiables;
* if you are under the age of 18 i will need parental consent in some shape or form to continue with the commission. i do not wish to get in trouble with parents for unapproved work or unapproved payments made towards me.
* i do not make NSFW commissions, if requested you will be politely declined, thank you.
* if a design or character is out of my experience level and i feel i cannot comfortably complete the commission at my standard of work i will communicate this and politely decline your commission.
* i do not have waitlists (unfortunately.) if my commissions are closed, they are closed! i still accept quotes but do not accept waitlisting.
* last but not least, be respectful and patient. i am very grateful that you are willing to commission me but i will not take reoccurring disrespect. i understand people have bad days or moments but when it becomes constant or repetitive i will stop the commissioning process. i will always be respectful towards you, please have the same attitude towards me!please note! i am still learning and improving within every commission, i am still new to taking and making commissions. there are areas that i need improvement in and i ask that you be patient throughout the learning process. please keep in mind all of my work is hand sewn and is very time consuming on my part, my turnaround time is not exaggeration and cannot be edited or expedited.
